Hello! I’m Carlotta Binns, as a proud native Texan, I bring extensive experience in Special Education with a dedicated focus on serving the Deaf and Blind communities. As a mother and wife, I incorporate creativity, efficiency, and a calming presence into all my endeavors and collaborations. You’ll see that my approach is rooted in compassion and a steadfast commitment to empowering others. I look forward to working alongside you!

I have a strong background in Human Resources and Organizational Development, my specialties are systems implementation and integration. I’m known by the people I love as a sister and "super aunt," I will bring exceptional organizational skills and innovative, "out-of-the-box" thinking to every project.
